Set your assistant name and voice

Name your assistant, write its greeting, and choose how it sounds.

    Open Identity

    Go to Settings, AI Agent, then Identity. Set the assistant name and the greeting callers hear first.

    Pick a voice

    On the same screen, choose a voice. Each one has its own character, from polished and professional to relaxed and warm.

  3. 3

    Save and test

    Save, then place a quick test call to hear the greeting and voice together.

Notes

  • A short, warm greeting works better than a long script. Lead with your business name.
  • The voice does not change what Catchdesk knows. Update Knowledge for that.
